CWTX Consulting Limited ("we", "us") is an independent technology consultancy based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you use the "Get in touch" form we collect the details you provide: your name, company or organisation, email address, optional phone number, the nature of your enquiry and your message. We also record a one-way hashed form of your network address and browser type purely to protect the form from automated abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where you go on to work with us, to set up and deliver that engagement. Our lawful basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Enquiries are stored securely on our private delivery platform and delivered to us by email through our hosting provider, acting as a data processor.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. Information relating to an engagement is retained for the duration of the work and for six years afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by using the "Get in touch" form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The private Pulse platform uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep authorised users signed in.
